The range consists of a knife/fork and knife/spoon. Designed for use with one hand only. The handle provides a secure grip with its rounded underside and flat upper side. The cutting edge is on the underside of the blade to prevent injury to the corners of the mouth. The knife/fork is available in right handed and left handed versions, while the knife/ spoon is suitable for both right handed and left handed use.
A tablet cutter with hinge mechanism and stainless steel blade on the upper component, and a section at the bottom to secure a tablet underneath. The lid is pushed downward to cut the tablet. The base of the unit has a pill storage area. Various colours available.

A slip resistant ferrule (rubber tip) for walking sticks, crutches, pick-up frames and shower chairs. Patented air-sprung suspension provides cushioning and allows full contact of the rubber tip with the ground even on slopes and cambered surfaces. It is available in four sizes.

These utensil holders are plastic coils that wrap around a smaller handle, providing a larger, slip resistant gripping surface for smaller items. They can be attached and removed from eating utensil handles, toothbrushes, razors and other items. Suitable for people with painful hands or decreased hand function. Dishwasher safe. The Gyenno spoon is designed for people whose hand tremor interferes with using cutlery while eating. The system includes a battery operated handle and interchangeable fork and spoon attachments. It offers 360 degree stabilisation, offsetting unwanted tremor from the intended movement of the user's hand. It automatically distinguishes between intentional hand motion and unconscious tremor. Two models are available, one with an automatic rotating fork option for eating spaghetti.
A portable handle featuring a curved steel "nose" and a red slip resistant handle. The steel section "locks' into the "U" shaped door striker plate on a vehicle to provide a support handle to assist with getting out of the vehicle. A seatbelt cutter is also incorporated in the handle. The pointed end of the steel nose can be used as an emergency side window breaker
