A range of door locks and deadbolts for domestic use which allow keyless access. A keypad code is used to unlock the door. A mechanical key can be used to override the code. They are available in chrome, brass or nickel plating.

This doorset has a two panel articulated door which folds with a concertina type action in the ratio of two thirds to one third following an elliptical curve. This reduces the swing area to approx one third of a conventional door of the same width. The Doorset is easier to open and close than a conventional door. Briton 996 is an electrically operated single action electro magnetically controlled closing device. It is door mounted with an arm set enabling choice of "hold open" or "free swing" functions. Both functions will close the door when the fire alarm is activated or a power failure occurs. The unit is available in two models.
