Stainless steel cutlery with a special twist built into the metal shaft to allow it to be bent to any angle left or right. The built up handle is made of a soft rubber like material with flexible ribbing. The angled rocker knife requires only minimal arm strength for cutting. A stainless steel mesh basket with a moulded handle made of flame retardant nylon. Vegetables may be cooked in the basket and lifted out to serve without having to strain off the boiling liquid. When the liquid has cooled it can be poured away.
