Each Safehip has two specially designed shields that fit into pockets on either side of the Safehip briefs. The Safehip shields are designed to transfer the impact of a fall away from the hip joint and into the tissue surrounding the hip. This reduces the risk of a hip fracture. The shields are either sewn into pants (Classic style) or slot into removable pockets in pants (Plus style). Male and female pants are available in four sizes.

A pair of leg skin protectors made of a combination of Rayon, Nylon, Cotton and Spandex. The protector is designed to protect sensitive skin from tears and abrasions while providing comfort. Its anti-microbial properties help to protect legs against odour causing bacteria, molds and fungi, often accompanying wounds and skin problems. Latex free and available in two colours and two sizes.

A palm protector that may help to provide relief from hand contractures or prevent fingernails from digging into the palms. Made of Skeepskin, these protectors can be used on either hand and will adjust to fit all hand sizes by the hook and loop straps. Machine washable.
