A Grade Aid (ie gradient aid) or a Hill Holder/Climber is a mechanical device that prevents a wheelchair from wheeling backwards down a gradient. It is a lever operated attachment which fits the wheelchair brake mechanism on both rear wheels. When activated, the wheelchair can still move forward but the wheels are locked soon after the wheelchair starts to reverse. The device can be flipped out of the way when not required so the chair can move freely in the forward and reverse directions.

A maintenance free tyre made of polyurethane with a matrix of microscopic air cells. These solid microcellular polyurethane tyres are punctureproof and last approximately three times longer than rubber (pneumatic) tyres but also provide a softer ride than normal solid tyres. They are available in several different colours, a choice of four tread profiles and all commonly used sizes from 100mm to 610mm wheel diameter.

Maxgrepp Ergo Para is an ergonomic wheelchair handrim for those with good hand function. It has an aluminium profile with a soft rubber surface. It also features in built spoke protection. The high friction surface reduces the need to grip the handrim. It makes the wheelchair easier to propel with less effort. The handrim can be retrofitted to 610mm wheels that have a removable bolted original rim. The rubber is replaceable.

A two piece hand rim for manual wheelchairs. The contoured thumb area and oval rim are designed to improve grip when self propelling and to prevent hand and wrist injury.
