* Point of knife is secured to the board with a cotter pin and bolt which allows the knife to rotate on the board. This may be of assistance to those with uncoordinated movements or who have the use of only one hand
* Knife is removable for cleaning and sharpening
* Available with a semi circular cut out which allows a plate to sit flush with the board for easy removal of chopped food
* Fitted with a Wiltshire knife
* Can be modified with spikes in the middle of the board to anchor the vegetables/food for ease of cutting
* Chopping board can be ordered with the pin and bolt on the right, left, or top middle position
