The Mangar Camel cushion has a separate battery operated pump and hose that is used to inflate the cushion.

The cushion is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It folds up and has a carrying handle for transportation.

Method Of Use

The deflated cushion is placed underneath the person lying on their back on the floor. The hose and pump are connected to the cushion and the pump is operated to inflate the cushion. The backrest of the cushion raises first so that the person is in a long leg sitting position. Then the seat cushion raises.

The compressor operates on a battery charge. It should be disconnected from mains power before use.

Considerations

It is recommended that prior to using this product, training in manual handling and the correct use of assistive devices should be undertaken.
