Short Description

Seat belt extensions are available for people for whom the standard sizes are insufficient. They fit most Australian cars made since 1997. Longer versions of standard seat belts may also be available.

Fitting: the belt clicks into the existing seat belt and buckle.

Considerations

When the extension is fitted. the buckle must be below hip level and not over any part of the user's body. This to prevent bodily damage in the event of an impact.
