Excellent Ramp System

Excellent Ramp Shower Recess Raise & Ramp

A modularly constructed height adjustable ramp and floor system that can be used to raise a shower recess floor to the level of the hob and construct an access ramp. Each module consists of solid one piece polyethylene with a grid of square holes. These are available with or without sloped edges.

. The modules are interconnected with special plastic fastenings and are assembled in layers until the required height / gradient is achieved.
. They can fit most openings and hob heights
. The gradient can be adjusted to requirements
. The ramps can be fitted with both inward and outward corner modules. This makes it possible to negotiate the ramp from all sides.
. The holes facilitate drainage and are used for the insertion of fastenings.
. The hob remains intact
. The system can be used anywhere where a ramped surface is required such as over steps, sliding doors, as well as shower hobs.
. Can be taken apart and reassembled as many times as desired.
self draining, slip resistant surface
. Withstands temperatures from 140 deg C to +100 deg C
. Colourfast and UV resistant
. Individual pieces can be purchased
. Recyclable
. Tolerates all household cleaning solutions

Installation

* The pieces are fastened together with three special types of plastic lock using a rubber hammer. They are fixed to the subfloor with screws. Individual modules can be sized to fit using a knife or a normal saw.
* The supplier offers an installation service.
