More Details
A growing system originally designed to water household plants while the family was away. It is now used both commercially and domestically with great success. It is composed of lightweight plastic components and can be used on a bench or table for easier access. It is completely contained so there is no mess or drips and be bought in kit form with everything included except the plants.
The plants are watered and fed from a small tank which may only need refilling once a month or less. As the plants are demand fed , a great variety of plants with different watering needs can be grown together in a small area.
The valve works on the water level. If no water is detected then the valve opens approximately 30mm to let water in. It allows plants to feed when they need to and experience normal wet and dry spells.
Some kits also come with Perlite and Nutrient
CLEANING :
The tank can be cleaned with water and a laundry bleach.
