Squiggles Stander

Leckey Squiggles Stander

The Leckey Squiggles paediatric stander is an adjustable 3-in-1 prone, supine and upright stander. In each position, the adjustable postural support allows for comfort and positioning whilst promoting the benefits of standing. The stander accommodates for growth for kids aged 1-5 years and is available with a range of indoor and outdoor mobile bases.

* Suitable for multi-user environments due to the adjustability delivered by the chest, hip and knee supports as well as the head support in supine
* Extra supportive sternum pad enables extension in prone and freedom for the arms
* Individually adjustable chest and pelvic supports are cushioned for comfort and adjust easily in height, width and angle to suit individual needs

Footplates
* Footplates are angle and depth adjustable to accommodate rotation at the hip or ankle and asymmetrically tight hamstrings
* The footplate can be plantar flexed for tight gastrocnemius and leg length discrepancy can also be accommodated
* Where additional foot stability is needed, the footplate can be fitted with sandals
* Footplate angle = Plantarflexion10 degr / Dorsiflexion 10 degr

Tray
* An activity tray is available for play and mealtimes
* Angle adjustment = Prone 30 degr / Supine 40 degr

* Parents and carers should be shown how to make frequent adjustments and made aware of the safety checks in section 6 of the User Instructions by a technically and clinically competent person who has been trained in the use of the product.
* Leckey recommends that a written record is maintained of all parent and carers who have been trained in the use of this product
