More Details
The material is designed to help to 'keep cool people warm' and 'keep warm people cool' due to the properties of the material
It allows heat from the body to escape and if the body is getting cold, it traps the warmth of the body.
To Fit:
* The Thermo Regulating Top Sheet is placed on the bed as a normal sheet, with the white Thermo Regulating material on top, so that it is not touching the person in bed. This will prolong the life of the item.
* It can be used the other way around, with the white Thermo Regulating material touching the person, but because using it this way will not protect the Thermo Regulating material, it may not last as long.
Considerations
Warning for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home Care or other facilities:
Be aware that this item may mask the effects if someone does get an infection. Always check with a medical therapist that this item will be suitable.
Material Warning:
The Thermo Regulating material is a delicate material that wears out more quickly than other materials. The wear can be due to normal use, as well as the washing process.
The material can stretch and distort, so the material opens between the rows of the Thermo Regulating cells. This looks ugly and will increase in size over time. Despite the damage, the Thermo Regulating qualities should still help people control their temperature.
To help prevent this damage, always use a large washing bag, such as the Pelican Washing Bag, when washing the product. The washing bag is designed to help protect the material from getting damaged with other items in the washing machine, and from being directly next to the drum and agitators in the machine. Remember that except for the Thermo Regulating Slipper product, Thermo Regulating material should never be directly next to the person?s body when in use. The person should never lie directly on or under the Thermo Regulating Material, as this can also damage the material.

Setup And Maintenance
Maintenance
Washing:
* Hand or Machine Wash up to 80 degrees

The supplier recommends using a Pelican Washing Bag, when machine washing this item to give a longer life, as washing can destroy the material faster than using it, just like a normal bed sheet.
