Pelican Seat Belt Hook

Pelican Seat Belt Hook - 2270

The Seat Belt Hook gives the driver or passenger extra reach to pull the seat belt forward so they can easily hold the belt and male buckle to plug it into the female buckle next to the seat. There is a webbing loop sewn to the handle of the Seat Belt Hook, which can be looped over the wrist. This is for people who may accidentally drop the hook. If the loop is not needed, it can be removed.

Method Of Use

To Use:
* Hold the Seat Belt Hook in either the left or right hand, though most people in a right hand drive car may use their left hand to retrieve the seat belt
* If possible try to turn your head to see where the seat belt is. After using the Seat Belt Hook a few times it will become easy to use
* There is a webbing loop sewn to the handle of the Seat Belt Hook, which can be looped over the wrist

For a driver to help a passenger: Sometimes a more agile person may be about to drive the car with an elderly person as a front seat passenger. If the passenger has difficulty in reaching the seat belt, the driver can use the Seat Belt Hook to retrieve the passenger's seat belt before driving off

* After using, store the Seat Belt Hook in a door side-pocket or between the seats, ensuring it will not fall down under the driver's feet
