* This board is constructed from a durable polycarbonate material
* The stainless steel pins for stabilizing vegetables are on a removable and reversible plate
* When the pins are not being used the opposite side slides into place to provide a continuous working area
* On the upper side of the board are a series of holes into which may be fitted stainless steel / polyurethane support pegs
* Bowls, containers, cartons are positioned against the pegs and secured into place on the upper side by a clamp with a handle made from ABS plastic and natural rubber
* Four suction pads beneath the board provide a slip resistant effect
* Useful for those with limited hand strength
* May be used one handed
