Method Of Use

1. Turn unit on with key
2. For Outsider model use hand held control to unfold the platform. For Outsider Micro model manually unfold the platform.
3. Use hand held control to lower platform to ground.
4. Position scooter or power wheelchair on platform and secure.
5. Use hand held control to raise the platform.

Considerations

* By law, the vehicles number plate must be clearly displayed on the rear of the vehicle. If the number plate is obscured you must fit a special axillary number plate which is a smaller copy of the vehicle number plate. Available at your nearest Service NSW centre. The vehicle lights including the brake lights, centre mounted brake light and indicators must be clearly visible. If any lights are obscured you must attach an additional set of lights at the rear of the lifter. Also if using the lifter at night, you must fit one or more number plate lights to illuminate the axillary number plate if fitted. These lights are available from automotive accessory shops or shop that sell bicycle racks. (Consult you supplier regarding these regulations)

* It is recommended that prior to using this product, training in manual handling and the correct use of assistive devices should be undertaken.
