To use the opener on different can sizes, press the button once for a standard can and press twice for non standard size cans. It opens approximately 100 standard sized cans per battery set.

Battery installation
The can opener uses four, AA, alkaline batteries. These can also be rechargeable.

Slide back the bottom cover to remove and install the batteries.
Follow the direction of the polarity in the battery space.
Always replace both batteries at once.
Replace the bottom cover or else the opener will not operate.

Method Of Use

* Place the can on a piece of non-slip matting or similar if additional support is required to stabilise the can while fitting the can opener to the edge.
* Place the can opener over the top of the can with the rim of the opener positioned in the groove of the can. The can opener should cover both edges of the can.
* With the can on a flat surface, press the button for one second then release. The can opener will start to cut the can. It will 'walk around' the edge of the can.
* After cutting, the can opener will stop automatically.
* When cutting is complete, lift the can opener off the can. A magnet on the can opener will pick up the lid at the same time.
