Method Of Use

How to use the CapTel phone:
The user dials the other person's number. While the user dials, the CapTel phone automatically connects to the captioning service (National Relay Service). When the other party answers, the user hears everything they say, just like a traditional call. At the same time, the captioning service transcribes everything they say into captions, which appear on the CapTel display window. The user can then hear as much as they can and read the messages.
