Home Modifications Course CPPACC4020 and CPPACC5016

CPPACC4020 and CPPACC5016 are Accredited units. The course aims to expand the knowledge of Allied Health professionals, builders, building consultants/designers to have requisite skills and knowledge to create/modify existing private dwellings to suit the specific needs of the client, and where appropriate, family and/or carers. We now offer this course online and provide the same great quality training and outcomes as we do in our face-to-face sessions.

Access Training

Training staff have hands-on practical experience consulting on the interpretation of the BCA, DDA, and Australian Standards for compliance with disability legislation, auditing drawings and buildings for compliance.

Members of the Master Builders Association of NSW who gain the Statement of Attainment for all 3 units of competence are to be eligible to apply to be a qualified building access expert and receive 50 CPD points.

Members of the Building Designers Association of NSW should contact the Association for information on professional development benefits associated with this training.
