4. Registration

This Clause 4 shall apply where you sign-up/register with AT Australia for use of the @magic service.

4.1 You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by AT Australia in the registration form (“Sign-Up to @magic”). You agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to keep the password for your access to www.at-aust.org confidential and agree not to permit anyone else to have access to it. Furthermore you agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password.

4.2 You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

6. Cancellation and Termination

This Clause 6 shall apply where you sign-up/register with AT Australia for use of the @magic service.

6.1 AT Australia shall have the right to suspend or terminate your @magic account and/or refuse you access to @magic at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice and AT Australia shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of AT Australia or its employees) arising from your inability to access any of the pages on the Site.

6.2 You are solely responsible for activating and renewing your @magic account. AT Australia reserves the right to delete any of your content for any reason at any time.
